Mehaffey Park

Shelter B at Mehaffey Park in Loveland has been reserved all day on Saturday, July 7, for the reunion! There are two entrances to the park: North Entrance:  3350 W. 29th Street - Loveland, CO 80538. South Entrance:  3285 W. 22nd Street - Loveland, CO  80538. Mehaffey Park Map

We plan to arrive between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., and we will serve lunch at the park at noon. It will be a buffet from Bedrock BBQ. The plan is to have enough left over at the end of the afternoon to send everyone home (or back to the La Quinta hotel) with supper, too, and then we will all meet back up at 8 p.m. at the Little Thompson Observatory in Berthoud. (Of course, groups are welcome to decide to go out to eat together in Loveland before going to the observatory.)

Mehaffey Park has:

  • Waterfall (cycles 20 minutes on; 10 minutes off from 8:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.)
    Water is on seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting.)

Dan and I will bring our discs for disc golf for whoever wants to play.
