Below is an agenda. Bring any genealogy, pictures, etc. that you might want to share. 

There is no official fee as Charlie is very generously covering the costs of food and drinks. However, you are welcome to donate the dollar amount you choose to defer his expenses. We will have a donation "jar" available.

The Observatory event is also a donation of your choice. There is never an entry fee to the Observatory, it exists and operates entirely by donations. It is a wonderful place, as you will see.  

We will be providing map and brochures about Loveland in tote bags if you have any extra time to see sights of the town.

Free a capella concert by rock group FACE. The Lions Club train will be running in the park as well. Bring chairs or blankets for the grass seating.

“Official” Reunion Gathering
Mehaffey Park, Shelter B (north entrance 3350 W 29th; south entrance 3285 W 22nd), Loveland, CO
We have rented a covered shelter (B) all day. A lunch buffet from Bedrock BBQ will be provided at noon. We will bring disc golf equipment in case the course is open. There is also a playground for kids.
5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Loveland Cherry Pie Festival
Peters Park and 5th Street, in front of the Museum, Loveland (Driving from the East on Hwy 34 turn left or south on Cleveland & drive to 5th Street. Driving from the West on Hwy 34, turn right or south on Cleveland.)
Free event. Pie by the slice, ice cream and drinks available for sale. Children’s activities, historical displays and a cherry pie contest. Live music throughout. (See map in your tote bag)
8 p.m.
Observatory Outing
Little Thompson Observatory, 850 Spartan Ave., Berthoud, CO 80513 (20 minutes from hotel)
Meinte will give us a tour and a viewing of the night skies. One of the telescopes was built by Patrick Moriarity.
